Normally, this is made with all purpose flour but i made this recipe with wholemeal atta flour which is healthy. The stuffing is purely vegetarian but many choices are there. Ingredients:
For Rotis:
Wholemeal atta flour - 1 cup
Milk - 1/2cup (Luke Warm)
Salt as required
For Stuffing:
Carrot - 1/2 cup (Vertical thin slices)
Capsicum - 1/2 cup (Vertical thin slices)
Cabbage - 1/2cup (Vertical thin slices)
Peas - 1/4 cup
Tomato - 1/2 (Vertical thin slices)
Beans - 1/4 Cup(Chopped finely)
Onion - 1/2 ( Vertcal thin slices)
Chaat Masala - 1 tspn
Lemon juice - 1 tspn
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbspn
Coriander leaves - 1 tbspn
Mint leaves - 1 tbspn
Turmeric powder - little
Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Pepper powder - 1 tspn
Garam masala - 1/2 tspn
Cumin - 1tspn
Fennel seeds - 1 tspn
Green chilli - 1
Oil as required
Water as required
Preparation :
Stuffing:
Chop all the vegetables and collect all the ingredients.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and fennel seeds.
Add onion and fry it and add carrot and beans and add salt.
Let it fry for few minutes and add greenchilli,cabbage and capsicum.
Fry for another few minutes and and add tomotoes and peas.
Now add turmeric powder,chillipowder,garam masala and pepper powder.
Sprinkle little water and let it cook and add tomato ketchup,coriander
leaves and mintleaves.
Add chaat masala,check the salt and remove from flame after it is done.
Now add lemon juice and and give a good stir.
Hmmm yummy vegetable stuffing is ready.
Rotis:
Make the dough using atta flour with milk.
Make small dumplings and roll it to a circle rotis.
Put it in flame and make rotis...
Now rotis are also ready.

Frankie
Take a roti and two spoon of vegetable stuffing.
Keep the vegetable stuffing in roti.
Roll it and hold it well.
Cover it Kitchen foil to remain soft.
Now,Yummy frankies are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestion:
Frankies can be served as breakfast with curd and tomato ketchup .
