ALOO BONDA

Welcome to my cookbook Cookerypoint - Ila's Kitchen. It has been long to meet u guys and here is my post for today. A wonderful starter which craves the stomach to get fill in... Yuppy Aloo Bonda is my today recipe which belongs to North Indian Cuisine and hope you all will like it. It is served as Starters in almost all the Indian restaurants. MEDU VADA

Welcome to my cookbook Cookerypoint - Ila's Kitchen. I took a month long break na and i missed u all guys. I couldnt check your spaces coz was on vacation and now am back to the form. MIRCHI BHAJI

Welcome to my cookbook Cookerypoint - Ila's Kitchen. I used to remember my rainy days in India...Wow, my mom used to make vada, bhaji with hot tea. It was heaven to have bhaji and tea, sitting and watching the rain. I am missing those days ... Hmmm today our recipe is Mirchi Bhaji. It is a famous South Indian Recipe.It is a popular Indian Street food especially in TamilNadu. It is called as Milaakai bhaji in Tamil. There are varieties of stuffings used inside bhaji. I prefer potato stuffing here. Tha main ingredient is Banana Pepper or long chilli. Lets go to our recipe....

BREAD BONDA

Welcome to my cookbook Cookerypoint- Ila's Kitchen. I felt very bored in eating sandwiches, bread and jam. So i thought of making some evening snack with bread. Yup, we gonna make my favourite yummy Bread bonda . The main ingredient is bread. Nothing special in it but very yummy. The ingredient are same as in normal bonda but with bread. CHANNADAL VADA

Welcome to my cookbook Cookerypoint - Ila's Kitchen.  Today we are going to do a famous snack recipe in South India especially in Tamilnadu. Hope u guess???  Yup it is Vada... Yummy Vada.... Today our recipe is Masala Vada (or) Channadal Vada. This recipe belongs to South Indian Cuisine. Basically , the batter is prepared for vada and it is deep fried in round shape. There are many varieties of vada and today our variety is Masala vada..This is one of the recipes in my Pongal Platter.Lets go to our recipe preparation.....
