BREAD BONDA

Welcome to my cookbook Cookerypoint- Ila's Kitchen. I felt very bored in eating sandwiches, bread and jam. So i thought of making some evening snack with bread. Yup, we gonna make my favourite yummy Bread bonda . The main ingredient is bread. Nothing special in it but very yummy. The ingredient are same as in normal bonda but with bread. Shall we go to our recipe....

YUMMY BREAD BONDA

I am sending this recipe to Radhika's Deep Fried Snack Event.

Ingredients:

Bread Slices - 4 no
Rava (or) Semolina - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1 (Very finely chopped)
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Greenchilli -  1 no
Ginger - 1 inch (finely chopped)
Salt - a pinch
Water as required
Oil as required

Preparation:

Cut the edges of bread and put it in mixie.
These bread crumbs can be prepared from white (or) brown bread.
Add semolina,Onion,Curryleaves,greenchilli,ginger and salt.
Add pinch of salt to it because bread already contains salt.
Sprinkle little water to it and make it as dough.
Make small dumplings and dip it in oil.
Deep fry both side until it become reddish colour.
Now, crispy bread bonda is ready.

CRISPY BREAD BONDA
